Meditation 101: Course #: ALP 443

Learn the theories behind and practice of various meditation techniques for health, personal insight, spiritual growth, mindfulness and mental clarity and personal insight. Taught by a Vietnamese Zen teacher, Meditation 101 is an informative course, and it provides students with the tools necessary to begin their own meditation practice. A yoga or meditation mat is suggested.
